6 strips of bacon
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat your pellet smoker to 375°F.
Cut off the stem end of each jalapeno and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes with a spoon.
Fill each jalapeno half with the Cream cheese.
Cut each bacon strip in half lengthwise. Wrap each jalapeno half with a half-strip of bacon and for best appearance secure with a toothpick.
Place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the preheated pellet smoker.
Smoke the jalapenos for 30-40 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender.
Remove the jalapenos from the pellet smoker and let cool for a few minutes.
Serve the bacon-wrapped jalapenos warm as an appetizer or snack.
