Brisket Eggrolls

After smoking a brisket we decided to make some Egg Rolls out of the leftover meat! Start by gathering egg roll wrappers from your local grocery, 16 oz chopped brisket, Cole slaw, BBQ Sauce, Beasley’s BBQ Secret Blend. Fill each eggroll with a small handful of brisket, 1-2 oz of coleslaw, a dusting of BBQ Secret Blend, a tad of BBQ Sauce. In a small skillet or Fry-Daddy get your oil heated up to med-high. As you are rolling the eggrolls be sure to tuck the corners and wet the final corner with water. This allows the eggrolls to stay closed throughout the frying process! Fry each egg roll for approx. 4 mins or until Golden Brown!
