Start by gathering a Crescent roll pastry sheet, 1 roll of Breakfast Sausage, 8 oz of Cream Cheese, 8 oz of Velveeta Cheese. We smoked the sausage roll at 350 for 20 minutes, you can brown the sausage in a pan as well. (be sure to put a drip pan in the smoker or drain the sausage if you brown in the pan). In a microwave safe bowl melt cream cheese and velveeta together. Once completed mix cheese and sausage together, In a Cast Iron Skillet lay half of the pastry sheet down then fill with mixture. Top with half of the pastry sheet and on to the smoker! Cook for 20 minutes, as the top pastry sheet starts to brown, pull and let rest for 15 minutes before serving!
