Hot Dog Burnt Ends

This recipe is perfect for summer BBQs with a classic summer food. We started with rubbing a mustard binder and seasoned heavily with Beasley’s BBQ Secret Blend. Heat your smoker up to 225 and allow these to smoke for 1 hour, When you pull these off gather an aluminum pan we are going to add 2 Tbsp of butter, 2 Tbsp of brown sugar, and half a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce. Back to the smoker for 20-30 minutes or until they are caramelized.
