Mexican Street Corn

Grilled Mexican Style Street Corn

1. Shuck 2-4 ears of corn.

2. Season corn well with Poultry Powder (Approx. 1-2 tsp.)

3. Grill the corn until done and there is nice color on the corn. (Approx. 3-4 mins each side)

4. Cut corn off the cob

5. Mix in 1-2 tsp. Mayo

6. Mix in 4 tsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese.

7. Top with light dusting of Poultry Powder and Parmesan Cheese.

8. Serve and enjoy!!!
