To start this recipe you’re going to gather 1 pound of thawed & chopped shrimp, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella one cup shredded Parmesan 1 cup of grated Parmesan, 1 egg, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 pound of Portabella mushrooms (washed), 2 tbsp. Beasley's Poultry Powder, 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs, half of a red pepper chopped and diced, ¼ cup ricotta cheese! Clean mushrooms and remove stem, set aside! In a large bowl and all other ingredients together (besides one cup of shredded Parmesan) mix well, once mixed together grab about 1 Tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball! Place ball inside of Mushroom (make to size) Once added to the mushrooms placed in oven safe dish with a little bit of olive oil and fresh Parmesan cheese over top bake for 15 minutes at 400 once golden brown and cheese is melted remove, let rest for five minutes and then serve!!!
