Ingredients:2 lbs chicken wings
4 tbsp Beasley’s Country Cajun
2 tbsp Beasley’s Poultry Powder
Your favorite barbecue sauce, for serving
Preheat your smoker to 225°F and soak your wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together the Country Cajun and Poultry Powder
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
Place the wings in the smoker and smoke for 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the wings from the smoker and brush with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy!Note: You can also finish the wings by grilling or broiling them until the sauce is caramelized and crispy.
