2 lbs ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Beasley’s Smoke Dust
2 tbsp of Beasley’s BBQ Secret Blend
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions:
Preheat your smoker to 225°F and soak your wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Steak Dust, and BBQ Secret Blend. Mix well until fully combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a rack set in a shallow roasting pan or place in loaf pan.
Place the pan in the smoker and smoke for 2-3 hours, until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
Brush the barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf and return it to the smoker for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the sauce has caramelized.
Remove the meatloaf from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Enjoy your delicious smoked meatloaf
