In a large skillet, sauté spinach (1lb bag) in handfuls until it’s wilted. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1 cup parmesan. In a separate pan, add 1 can of chopped artichoke then season with 1 tbsp of poultry powder, 2 tbsp of paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Once browned, add 8 ounces of cream cheese and melt. Once fully melted, add spinach mix, add 1 cup of sour cream. Then mix together. Add to an oven safe pan. Cover with cheese mix and broil!
